Friday Five: Happy Royal Arrival

1.  Archie Harrison has arrived! -I've loved watching clips of Prince Harry and Meghan with their new son.  Everyone seems to have an opinion about the name, which although not traditional, seems to fit in rather well with the other royal names.  I'm predicting the name Archie will see greater popularity all over the world for a while now.

2.  Lands End Women's Swim Shorts - We leave for vacation in just over a month, and after not purchasing a swim suit for several years and the fact that we have a condo rented on Dauphin Island on the beach, I feel like I need something new.  I'm kind of over the skirted suit look.  For one thing, they don't tuck in nicely at all to a pair of shorts.  So, I am thinking of going the swim short route.  Lands End is having a 50% off Friends and Family event right now on swimwear, and I may have to order these today.  They are back-ordered now, so I'm a little concerned they won't arrive in time for our trip, but I like the look of them and the length.

3.   Tankini Swim Suit Top - and I'd buy this tankini top to go with them.  Again, it's 50% off of swim wear right now at Lands End.

4.  Yunjey Short Sleeve Triple Color Block Striped Casual T-Shirt -I haven't ordered clothes from Amazon, but I am noticing that people are doing that more and more.  I'm intrigued by this top that I saw featured as flattering to all body types. It has great reviews and comes in a variety of colors.

5.  Perfect Tie-Waist Denim Western Shirtdress - a few weeks ago I had a practicum student with me for the day. I couldn't help but envy her denim dress and think to myself how badly I needed one.

6.  Siren Embroidered Shirt - a few years ago I bought a shirt from Siren that I love. I'd like a somewhat different version, but think the embroidery on this one is beautiful.

7.  Ruffle Trim Top - and for dressing up a bit more, I like the look of this top. I have both gray and black dress pants this would work well with when I have to dress a little more professionally.

8.  Camo Dress -this dress was featured last week on the Big Mama blog. Big Mama lamented the fact that it was pretty much out of stock everywhere. And then my Target ad came and it was featured AND could be ordered online.  I couldn't resist.  I'm hoping I love it and plan to pair it with my denim jacket.

9.  Trekkie North Jogger - I looked at these online this week and thought how I'd like to have a pair. And then I went to my closet and dug out my recent purchases from Athleta when I had been at my sister's and realized I had purchased a pair!  I put them on immediately and wish somehow these would be allowed at work. They are so comfortable.  I do plan on taking them on my trip to New York later this month because I think they will wear so well.

10.  Sorry Not Sorry Podcast with Alyssa Milano - this podcast is one that popped up as a new one getting buzz. I loved Alyssa Milano from her days on Who's the Boss? I know little about her politics, but am interested enough to try this one out.

That's it for me this week. What's caught your eye?
