Happy New Year

Happy New Year!  

Over the holidays we had a few pictures taken since my husband's brother and family were back.  The idea of pictures outdoors sounded great since we thought there would be snow.  But instead, it was freezing cold without a snowflake to be found.

Now, just a few days later we've had ten inches dumped on us and have more snow than we know what to do with.

I've been cleaning this morning, attempting to get a few projects done that usually get ignored.  A great way to start 2016!

And as soon as I have those things done, I am planning on watching Iowa play in the Rose Bowl and curl up with a good book.
