Mindy Who?

I am not a TV watcher at all, so I'm not sure what exactly possessed me to check out Mindy Kaling's book Why Not Me? aside from the fact that I am seeing it everywhere. 

However, despite knowing absolutely zero about Kaling, I rather enjoyed this book.  She is a funny writer, and I liked hearing about her life.  This is no deep, meaningful memoir, but it is a fun look at this actress and gives me an idea that I would enjoy reading her first book, and would probably enjoy watching her on television.  

So, if you're looking for a celebrity memoir, or something fun to read, Why Not Me? is a great choice.  

And when I finally catch an episode of The Mindy Project, I'll know who I'm watching.
