Friday Five

Week one of the 2026-27 school year is in the books.  I have moved between both campuses this week, so there is still quite a bit of running around.  On Friday I met with the seventh graders at my new-to-me building and it was great!  I'm excited to be back there again on Tuesday, and excited that on Monday I get to meet the Carver sixth graders (many I had as fifth graders since I had three elementaries last year).  I've already had many of them stop to see me.

This next week is supposed to be a bit of a heat wave, but fall clothes are here.  Here is what caught my eye this week:
