There's nothing like sitting down on a Sunday night and looking at blog posts I want to write for the week and realizing that my Friday Five post never posted. So, here's a Friday Five post on a Sunday night.
I'm almost positive my husband had influenza A or B or some such thing. He actually didn't go in to work on Friday, which we think has never happened in at least the last twenty years. I have a cold that I woke up with on Saturday, but I am ever so grateful that I don't have what my husband does.
He says he still feels below average, but he does appear to have a little more life to him. This coming week we have conferences which means two twelve hour days in addition to the regular teaching schedule.
And, I feel like spring is in the air. We have warmer temps all week long which I am thrilled about. That also means I will be happy to add some new spring clothing to my closet.
