Aside from taking Middle Sister and her friends to a volleyball clinic this afternoon, my Sunday is surprisingly free.
The weather is cold and we have gone from a day in the 80s earlier this week to a morning in the upper 30s yesterday.
Little Sister took part in a cheer-leading clinic and then performed at half-time of the game on Friday. Brrrrrrrrr! We were more than happy to go home after the performance.
Earlier in the week Big Sister had another cross country meet. We lucked out with gorgeous weather, and Big Sister had a PR with a 7:18 mile.
Yesterday felt like a perfect day to spend baking. Middle Sister and I baked homemade cinnamon rolls while Little Sister and I made pizza bread from a recipe I found on pinterest. I even made a batch of sesame chicken that we can add to rice for a supper later this week. Right now I have a roast in the crockpot for supper. While I would love to have warmer weather, I love the foods of fall and winter.
This upcoming week we have a lot of extra things on the calendar, so getting organized today might help out a few days from now.
Enjoy your Sunday and the start of October!

My daughter is attending a cheer clinic this Saturday and then will be cheering at halftime on the 17th. It's fun and our weather is no where near as cold as yours but I will still be sitting there with a blanket when it dips to an all time low of 65.
